As evidence of its unwavering quality commitment in favor of its customers, LuxairTours has obtained an extension of its ISO 9001:2008 certification. First obtained in 2012 following the introduction of a successful quality management system, this popular international certification was recently extended for three years, subject to annual audits.

The ISO 9001:2008 certification was awarded to LuxairTours, LuxairGroup’s tour operator division, by ESCEM (European Society for Certification of Management Systems). It confirms that the quality policy pursued by LuxairTours targets the constant improvement of the various work processes thanks to

an active integration of employees
an increased customer satisfaction rate
a general orientation towards quality in all areas
a measurability of the various processes and
a greater adaptability of the quality system in case of changes.

For the extension of this certification, the members of the Management and all the employees involved were interviewed, and work processes were assessed against the requirements of the standard.
