Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Boards and Executive Committees in Luxembourg
Odgers Berndtson Luxembourg, in close collaboration with INSEAD Corporate Governance Centre and Deloitte Luxembourg, has launched a new research study to assess how diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) are represented in Boards and Executive Committees in Luxembourg, and globally today. The study is led by INSEAD Professor Jose-Luis Alvarez with the contributions from INSEAD initiatives in DE&I and Gender Diversity.
The objective of this survey is to collect insights on the level of diversity residing at the top of organizations in Luxembourg and abroad, across sectors and with the aim to develop a comparative study and identify emerging trends and areas of improvement.
DE&I is here to challenge the status quo and through widen perspectives and ideas offer great business opportunities to boosting innovation, improving organizational performance and fostering fair leadership and an inclusive culture. The findings from this study will help chart recommendations and actionable steps to drive DE&I effectively while leveraging the benefits across Boards and Executive Committees.
We would like to kindly invite you to contribute in this important study. All responses will remain strictly anonymous. No personal data will be collected and in no instance the responses will be released in any way linked to respondents and their Boards or Executive Committees. The outcome from this survey will be published and shared in a report in the ensuing months.
