Mr. Gonzalez possesses a deep understanding of the service providers to the industry including banks and depositaries.

In addition to his CFO responsibilities, Mr. Gonzalez will also focus on the operations and business administration functions of the company, ensuring streamlined processes and efficient operations He will join the esteemed Investment Selection Committee, contributing his expertise and insights to the firm's investment decisions.

Mr. Gonzalez has a strong academic background with a master's degree (MBA) from Sacred Heart University in Luxembourg AND a bachelor's degree from Madrid, Spain. His international experience spans Luxembourg, Latin America, and the USA, providing him with a diverse perspective and a global mindset. Moreover, Mr. Gonzalez is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders from different regions.
