Frédéric Franckx, partner, heads the Corporate / M&A Practice department in our Luxembourg office and co-heads the Corporate / M&A Practice Group firmwide. Having more than 15 years of experience and having worked in Brussels, New York, and Luxembourg, he is regularly involved in the most significant private equity-related transactions.

Marc Meyers, partner, has been involved in the management of the firm for many years and has been the sole managing partner since November 2020. Marc heads the Luxembourg Investment Management team and specialises on the structuring of alternative investment fund structures, with a particular focus on private equity, real estate / infrastructure, and debt funds.
