Information notice: organisational changes at Eurasian Resources Group
Eurasian Resources Group (ERG) would like to announce the following organisational changes. On 1 July 2022, the Supervisory Board of Eurasian Group LLP successfully completed its first mandate. By way of background, the Supervisory Board’s first mandate was established on 1 July 2017 for a five-year term as part of a management project to enhance ERG’s operational efficiency, automation of industrial processes, talent development systems and structural integration.
Mr. Aldiyar Kaztayev, who has acted as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Eurasian Group LLP - First Deputy CEO of ERG S. à r. l. since 2017, has taken the decision to resign from ERG, citing his intentions to focus on his own projects. Mr. Shukhrat Ibragimov will replace Mr. Kaztayev as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Eurasian Group LLP.
Mr. Kaztayev expressed his gratitude towards the management and the whole team of ERG for their hard work, commitment and support.
The Chairman of the Board of Managers of ERG S. à r. l., Dr. Alexander Machkevitch, said: “Over the years, Eurasian Resources Group has undergone a substantial industrial, environmental, and social transformation. On behalf of the company, I would like to thank Mr. Kaztayev for his professionalism and for everything he has done for ERG’s development.”
