Mr. Aldiyar Kaztayev, who has acted as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Eurasian Group LLP - First Deputy CEO of ERG S. à r. l. since 2017, has taken the decision to resign from ERG, citing his intentions to focus on his own projects. Mr. Shukhrat Ibragimov will replace Mr. Kaztayev as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Eurasian Group LLP.

Mr. Kaztayev expressed his gratitude towards the management and the whole team of ERG for their hard work, commitment and support.

The Chairman of the Board of Managers of ERG S. à r. l., Dr. Alexander Machkevitch, said: “Over the years, Eurasian Resources Group has undergone a substantial industrial, environmental, and social transformation.
