LuxairGroup has chosen POST Luxembourg for its new telephony system
POST Luxembourg and LuxairGroup last week signed a contract for the supply of a new telephony system to LuxairGroup. The contract, which spans five years, provides for the installation of the full-IP ManagedPBX solution by the POST Luxembourg Group. This solution enables the integration of state-of-the-art telephony and communication tools into LuxairGroup’s business applications.
POST Luxembourg will deliver the migration, day-to-day management and maintenance of the new system, which is designed to be evolutive and flexible.
With this new, redundant and secure platform, LuxairGroup intends to expand the array of collaboration offered to its employees. In addition to advanced platform management, POST’s solution includes new IP terminals coupled with advanced software modules which will enable LuxairGroup to introduce new presence, chat and click-to-dial features as well as a desktop integration via the email client and video-enabled telephone calls. LuxairGroup’s Call-Center will also evolve to offer improved customer service across a broader set of services and integrations with business applications used by the Company.
LuxairGroup chose POST as a partner at the end of a tender which took place at the beginning of 2015. The contract was signed by Messrs. Adrien Ney, President and CEO of Luxair, Marc Schroeder, Executive Vice President Finance of LuxairGroup, Claude Strasser, CEO of POST Luxembourg, and Jean-Marie Spaus, Director of POST Telecom. "We have excellent relations with POST Luxembourg, which is already our partner in other areas.
We are confident that this solution, proposed by a local player who acts as an integrator and will also provide maintenance, will increase the performance and efficiency of our telephony system, including our customer relations department for which telephone contacts are critical. But its deployment will also give all our employees access to advanced forms of collaboration and make the best of the new features available today in telephony and instant messaging available to them", said Adrien Ney, CEO of LuxairGroup.
Claude Strasser, CEO of POST Luxembourg, said: "We are proud to have been selected by LuxairGroup for this ambitious project. This contract confirms our leading role in the regional market as a supplier of advanced telephony system solutions for enterprises".
