Fundsquare - AMfine reporting now available on Fundsquare
AMfine Services and Software, the Paris and Luxembourg based software provider for the asset management industry, announces that it has signed a cooperation agreement with Luxembourg’s Fundsquare for a combined service that facilitates asset manager compliance with the reporting requirements of the alternative investment fund managers directive (AIFMD)
This is a full service that covers the entire AIFMD reporting chain in one location. We are very pleased that AMfine has joined our collaborative network, as we believe that by working with the best providers we can make funds servicing simpler at a time when coping with regulation is increasingly high up on asset managers’ agendas
Dominique Valschaerts, Fundsquare CEO
One of the challenges surrounding the AIFMD is the reporting requirements for asset managers that manage alternative investment funds. These requirements involve preparation and filing of regulatory reporting in a pre-defined XML format, whether the information is simple or complex to be pulled together.
AMfine has made its AIFMD reporting templates accessible via Fundsquare’s e-file.lu platform, considered to be the reference for transmission of fund regulatory reports.
The combination of these means that a fully integrated creation, xml translation and transmission service for AIFMD reporting is now available on one platform.
AMfine Services & Software CEO Michael Priem said: “It’s a new strategic and very qualitative cooperation agreement for us, confirming our partnership with Fundsquare on developing a joint fund data transmission and regulatory registration documents (AIFM, DICI, prospectus,…) offer. Moreover, we are delighted and proud to conduct a close partnership with the leader and the by far best technology provider in the market data fund dissemination area. It will definitely serve our historical strategy to offer best of breed services at very competitive and fair prices to the fund market industry.”
Fundsquare CEO, Dominique Valschaerts, stated: “This is a full service that covers the entire AIFMD reporting chain in one location. We are very pleased that AMfine has joined our collaborative network, as we believe that by working with the best providers we can make funds servicing simpler at a time when coping with regulation is increasingly high up on asset managers’ agendas.”
AMfine already uses the dissemination services of Fundsquare for the transmission of fund dynamic and static data and documents to regulators, data vendors and, distributors and investors. Recently, one of the biggest asset managers in Switzerland subscribed to this offer for fund data related to 400 ISIN codes.
