Our main asset is our people and the professional capacities they possess must be cultivated constantly in order to be able to grow together

The autumn surge is only the tip of the iceberg, with over 550 recruited trainees, juniors and experienced profiles in the past year, serving as proof of the firm’s focus on talent attraction in order to continuously increase the quality of its services.
Now counting over 1,600 employees and more than 45 nationalities, Deloitte Luxembourg facilitates the integration process of its entry-level recruits through an induction programme. Organised for the fourth consecutive year, the five-day intensive programme allows new graduates to have a first contact with the firm through intense soft skills, business-oriented and technical training courses, as well as teambuilding activities.
“We are proud that so many promising talents have chosen Deloitte Luxembourg, a clear sign of our appeal on the job market as a dedicated employer.” explains Fabrice Delcourt, Partner at Deloitte Luxembourg. “It’s important to us that everyone is prepared to tackle the challenges ahead, which is why we place a strong emphasis on training and on providing all necessary tools before the new recruits even start delivering.”
To provide an environment that offers constant learning opportunities, Deloitte offers access to technical certifications and sponsors professional qualifications across its main functions, including a thorough support to access the professions of Réviseurs d’Entreprises and Experts Comptables. Over the last 12 months, close to 80,000 hours of training were organised and delivered. In addition, the firm proposes other learning possibilities through internal and international mobility programmes, allowing staff to broaden their horizons by moving to a different department or country.
Raymond Krawczykowski, Partner and Talent Leader states: “Our main asset is our people and the professional capacities they possess must be cultivated constantly in order to be able to grow together.”
The learning culture of Deloitte Luxembourg is also reflected through the new HR campaign ‘Shape your future’. Fabrice Delcourt explains: “Illustrated through the concept of origami, ‘Shape your future’ invites individuals to unfold and develop their career at Deloitte. We trust this will allow us to transport our firm spirit to students and professionals looking for a challenging and enriching work environment.”
