Not only that ArcelorMittal has its worldwide headquarters and main administration offices in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, it also runs various steelmaking operations in the country, representing a total of 16 different sites and units throughout Luxembourg. Steel production facilities include long, flat and wire products. ArcelorMittal also owns a R&D Center in Esch-sur-Alzette, designed for research in long products. ArcelorMittal Luxembourg is a top producer of long products like heavy beams and steel sheet piles that provide innovative solutions at its largest sites in Belval and Differdange.
