Since 1st of October 2021, with two new positions and one internal promotion, the new executive team is complete:

  • Ramazan Yuksel, Chief Digital Officer
  • Brice Zossi, Chief Technology Officer
  • Mathieu Toussaint, Chief Revenue Officer
  • Carole Prigent, Chief People Officer
  • Haim Jacobowitz, Chief Financial Officer
  • Soufiane Saadi, Chief Executive Officer

A team responsible for implementing the group's strategy and ambitions through sector-specific objectives.

Digitalising the entire user journey

This is a challenge that Ramazan Yuksel takes to heart. Since March 2020, Ramazan has held the position of Chief Digital Officer and is therefore in charge of the entire digital strategy of the group. He has been contributing to the company's success for 11 years and has a thorough knowledge of the business and its challenges. Initially Brand & Marketing Manager, then Head of Product & UX with a 3-year international mission under the Australian group REA, his main mission today is to digitalise each step of the user's journey and to accompany the digital transformation of all the group's entities.

Deploying technologies adapted to the group's ambitions

Bringing people-centric digital solutions to life is a challenge that Brice Zossi is ready to take up. Brice, who joined the group in 2017 first as Project Management Officer, then Delivery Manager and finally Head of Technology, has supported the company's growth by significantly improving the real estate and car advertising portals. Recently promoted to the position of Chief Technology Officer and thus guardian of technical innovation, he is now in charge of the deployment of all technologies that will support the group's development and strategy.

Analysing and optimising all sources of income

Ensuring sustainable growth of the group's various revenue sources and developing synergies between the group's different businesses: this is the mission of Mathieu Toussaint, who has held the newly created position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for the past two months. His 17 years of professional experience in consultancy (Deloitte, Kearney), management (Truvo) or in start-up/scale-up have enabled Mathieu to acquire solid expertise in business development. Although the CRO profession appeared 10 years ago in digital companies in Anglo-Saxon countries, it has only existed in Luxembourg for a few years and remains little known. It is a cross-functional role as it is responsible for all revenue-generating teams and must therefore also ensure the proper involvement and coordination of the company's various divisions (sales force, marketing, customer success, technology, etc.).

Designing and implementing the group's HR strategy

Carole Prigent will work towards this goal. With 20 years of experience in human resourcesin large international groups such as PwC, Adecco and AXA, Carole Prigent has joined the atHome group as Chief People Officer. Her priority is to define and deploy the HR strategy that will enable the company to achieve its objectives over the next three years. By the summer of 2022, atHome Group plans to hire 30 employees, all expertise and entities combined.

Managing financial, accounting, and legal activities

Haim Jacobowitz has over 18 years of extensive financial and operational experience in global technology companies. He spent most of his career at Expedia, where he held differentsenior financial positions in the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions. He joins the atHome Group from Vistaprint, where he most recently served as the finance leader for its international business unit. As the group's new Chief Financial Officer, Haim is focused on delivering strong financial performance and creating value for the group's customers and shareholders.

« I am confident that this new team will give the right direction to all the employees of our group to achieve our goals and best meet the needs of our users and partners. » Soufiane Saadi, CEO atHome Group.
