Luxaviation (www.luxaviation.lu), the Luxembourgish business aviation group and European leader of business aviation publishes its achievements over the last 5 years on its website and on Facebook. The interactive growth flight map shows worldwide flight records, executed by the growing fleet between 2010 and 2014

Through its more than 90 business aviation jets, which Luxaviation Group operated and managed at the end of 2014, the company executed a total of 26.000 flights as of 2010, whereas it saw an increase of more than 100% from 2013 to 2014. Passenger kilometers doubled from 2013 to 2014 to reach a total of 43 million kilometers flown with passengers aboard- repositioning flights were not considered within these statistics. The number of passengers moved, reflects the same doubling figures and reaches a total of 60.000 persons flown in the last 5 years.

As of 2010, Luxaviation Group flew to 894 airports whereas the French southern coast figures amongst the most attractive destinations: most popular routes within the last years include flights to Côte d’Azur from and to London, Luxembourg and Moscow.

To illustrate the strong growth of the group, Luxaviation published an interactive map on its website (http://www.luxaviation.com/Xpansion) and on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/luxaviation). Visitors may share the map on Facebook or Twitter and take part into a competition to win a flight (terms and conditions are published online).

Today Luxaviation Group offers the expertise and know-how of 520 employees across six European operating companies: Luxaviation (Luxembourg), Luxaviation Germany (Germany), Abelag (Belgium), Unijet (France), LEA (UK) and Masterjet (Portugal). Luxaviation Group is also active in the high-growth markets of Asia-Pacific through a commercial office in Singapore. Luxaviation Group operates a combined fleet of more than 90 business aircrafts, with particular strengths in the fast-growing large-cabin business jet market.
