By the end of 2012, Orange Communications Luxembourg S.A. accounted 105.805 active mobile clients, a progression of 6,6 % compared to the year before. During the last quarter of 2012, the Luxemburg subsidiary of Mobistar attracted 2.626 new clients. The telecommunications turnover of Orange Communications Luxembourg S.A. for 2012 shows 65,5 millions of euros, compared to 60,6 millions of euros at the end of 2011, a progression of 8,1 %. The global turnover for 2012 is 75,5 millions of euros, a progression of 14,9 % compared to 65,7 millions of euros accounted the year before. This progression is due to the success of mobile phones sales: During the last quarter of 2012, the turnover of sales of terminals doubled compared to the same quarter a year ago.

The average revenue per client per month was 51,88 euros in 2012, compared to 50,76 euros in 2011.

Orange continues to expand in Luxembourg, after the launch of its 4G LTE network, it recently launched its H+ network to have the most people take advantage of very high speed mobile networks. The company focuses on client satisfaction in its expansion of activities throughout the country and develops a service minded approach, taking in account customer experience, particularly when launching new offers.

New offers, tailored on customer needs have been launched in Luxembourg, like Orange Teen, the first tariff plan with 100% cost control for young people. Continuing this strategy in 2013 Orange has launched another exclusivity, Beyond, the first Mobile Device Management solution for enterprises, tailored to the introduction of new mobile terminals.
