Luxair appeals to all aviation enthusiasts out there and seeks to recruit cadets to begin their pilot training in early 2024. At Luxair, diversity, sustainability and service excellence are important values. This is why the airline is committed to providing its current and future pilots with the best training and career opportunities.

The Pilot Cadet Program that Luxair proposes is a perfect mix of classroom teaching and simulator training before arriving at the practical and real flight experience to, ultimately, give them the wings necessary to become the Luxair pilots of tomorrow. The success of previous such programs launched by Luxair is a good proof that it will equip future pilots with the essential skills and knowledge to excel and pursue a rewarding and long-term career with Luxair.

A year and a half of training later, these pilots will be competent and fully prepared to operate Luxair aircraft in a professional and safe manner.

Looking for people eager to learn and with a positive attitude, applications, accessible via this link, are open since Friday, 01 September and will remain open until 15 October. The training of the selected candidates, pre-financed by Luxair, will begin in 2024 and will extend over a period of around 18 months.

Being a professional pilot is not limited to the pleasure of flying. It is also about leadership, decision-making and putting public safety first. It is a rewarding work and the job with the best view in the world!
