We are pleased to welcome two new persons:

? Ms. Anne BODIN as Associate – Avocat in the Digital, Banking and Financial Law as well as  Commercial and Business Law Departments.

Ms. BODIN was sworn into the Luxembourg Bar in December of 2022. She took the compulsory courses in Luxembourg law (2021-2022) and holds a Master I in private law from the University of Metz (2001), as well as a Master II (DESS) in business management from the IAE of Nantes (2002).

Prior to joining DSM Avocats à la Cour, she worked in the investment fund industry.

?  Mr. François MICHEL as Senior Associate – Avocat à la Cour in the Commercial and Business Law, Real Estate and Construction as well as Dispute Resolution departments.

Mr. MICHEL passed his final bar exam in 2022 and was sworn into the Luxembourg Bar in June of 2020. He took the compulsory courses in Luxembourg law (2019-2020), and holds a Master II in corporate law – objectives, banking and financial law and tax law from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve (2019), as well as an undergraduate degree in law from the University of Namur (2017).

Prior to joining DSM Avocats à la Cour, he worked for over three years in other Luxembourg law firms.
