The Board of Directors of HLD Associés Europe counts now ten members, including four independent directors.

Jean-Bernard Lafonta, Chairman of the Board of Directors of HLD Associés Europe, declares: “We are very pleased that the Board of Directors of HLD Associés Europe has proposed the nomination of Michèle Detaille. Michèle's remarkable entrepreneurial background and her political commitment to companies are major assets for us. Michèle Detaille has had a major political career in Belgium, is a successful entrepreneur who took over the company No-Nail Boxes and then developed the Alipa group. She will bring a double expertise, both economic and entrepreneurial. President of Fedil (Federation of Luxembourgish Industrials) since 2019 and recognised as the most influential economic figure in Luxembourg in 2020, according to Paperjam Magazine, her appointment underlines the European roots of HLD, currently is operating in Luxembourg, France, Italy, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
