Ms. PFEIFFER has more than 20 years of professional experience in banking and finance in Luxembourg.

Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 1996, she started her career as a lawyer at the Luxembourg Central Bank and continued it in several international law firms in Luxembourg before joining BONN & SCHMITT.

Based on her strong experience, she advises clients mainly with respect to the setting-up of investment funds, structuring options and the related regulatory and transactional aspects, with a special emphasis on private equity, venture capital and real estate fund.
