Mr. GOUBO, Associate – Avocat, will be reinforcing our Commercial and Business Law and Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions departments.

Prior to joining DSM Avocats à la Cour, he worked with another Luxembourg law firm, a bank and did internships with several French law firms.

Mr. GOUBO was sworn into the Luxembourg Bar in June of 2022. He also took the compulsory courses in Luxembourg law (2019-2020), holds a Master’s degree in financial law from the Université du Capitole in Toulouse (2020) and a Master’s in business law from the Université de Picardie Jules Verne in Amiens (2017).
