Real Estate Media SA, the publisher of the Luxembourg real estate advertising site, is betting on rebranding and on technological innovation by becoming the first Luxembourg player to offer real estate search by travel time.

The real estate advertising platform is changing its image: the historic red interface is giving way to blue. This rebranding is aimed at further differentiating the brand from other market players. It is also an opportunity for to be more aligned with the values it wishes to embody and promote within the real estate market: expertise, trust, and innovation. With its new visual identity and new features, reaffirms its mission: to be the preferred real estate platform for agencies and Internet users in Luxembourg by giving them access to a platform capable of meeting each of their needs.

Performance and technical innovation have been placed at the center of the developments of this new platform, created in collaboration with the team of, one of the two shareholders of This new site and this new app have been designed to cater to user experience and mobile device accessibility. People looking for real estate in Luxembourg and its borders can now access new features, thanks to a fully synchronized platform across all their devices.

To do this, no less than four (4) different search methods have been designed to meet the needs of each user. The more “classic” methods such as searching by commune name or by map have been retained. The personalized search by design and search by travel time make their appearance. thus becomes the first real estate advertising platform in Luxembourg to offer this search method based on mobility, one of the main expectations of residents of the Grand Duchy, immediately after accommodation. It was therefore essential for to offer a solution addressing these two major concerns. Internet users can now search for a property by choosing the ideal travel time for them to go by car, by bicycle, or on foot to get from point A to point B (such as their home, their place of work, or their
children's school).

This way, also hopes to introduce its Internet users to new quarters in Luxembourg by offering them properties which are sometimes only a few meters from a commune border and which do not find their place in a "classic" search, demarcated by the borders of each commune.
