Apex Group appoints Head of Family Office

Apex Group Ltd. (“Apex” or “The Group”), a global financial services provider, today announces that it has appointed Lucia Perchard as Head of Family Office Market. In this newly created role, based in Jersey, Lucia will report to Matt Claxton, Global Head of Corporate Solutions, and will be responsible for delivering Apex’s single-source solution to Family Office clients globally.   

Apex’s teams work closely with Family Office clients to develop tailored solutions and to provide a flexible and reliable service. Apex’s comprehensive range of corporate services for Family Offices brings together full-service capabilities delivered by a global team of experienced professionals, and underpinned by market-leading technology. 

Lucia joins Apex from IQ-EQ where was responsible for the development of the Family Office value proposition. Lucia brings over two decades of experience, working closely with families and individuals both in the UK and in the Middle East, building a strong reputation based on the highest levels of client service. 

Lucia was previously a Director in Highvern’s Family Office team, prior to which, she was responsible for a wide variety of relationships and complex cross-jurisdictional structures at with Barclays and, more recently, Zedra in Jersey. Lucia started her career as a graduate at offshore law firm Mourant, before holding roles at Volaw and subsequently RBC.  

This appointment is the latest indication of the continued growth trajectory of Apex’s Jersey operations, following the recently announced hires of Paul Monahan as Head of Corporate Services, Jersey and Chantal Slabber as Head of Client Services & Operations, Jersey.
