We, Tatjana von Bonkewitz, Marc Jacobs and Jean-Pierre Coene, combine a long experience in management, sales, R&D, marketing, HR and consultancy and training in the fields of intercultural management and organizational culture.  Our experience covers a wide range of industries including manufacturing, energy, financial, social and public services. We offer our services in English, French, Dutch, German, Luxembourgish and Italian.

What does it look like to work with our tools and practices? One of our local Luxembourg clients, a construction company, noticed that the communication and collaboration between certain departments was not as effective as it could have been. “They just don’t understand us” was one of the key comments. Marc gave a workshop on managing across cultures and it became immediately clear that the understanding of processes, of hierarchy or of group differed significantly. Becoming aware of their own cultural lens and gaining an insight into the other cultural “ways of doing” enhanced the communication, reduced duplication of work and led to a higher satisfaction for everyone. This workshop is now part of the induction training for new employees. The company shares a new common language and employees utilise the strengths of the cultural diversity in all areas.
