ING celebrates diversity !
On Thursday 17th of May, all the organisations established in Luxembourg were invited to celebrate the national day of diversity, Diversity Day.
This year, ING decided to organise an “Impro Show Diversity & Feedback”, an impro show that took place in the auditorium of ING Lux House. This was the opportunity for three comedians who are masters in the art of impro to mimic, with humour and sometimes exaggeration, scenes on the theme of diversity. Three themes were covered: gender diversity, age diversity and cultural diversity.
The purpose of these scenes was to bring out negative prejudices and the reasons behind which people hide so as to not work together and help the public better understand cultural differences. Emphasis was also placed on the importance of feedback.
The event was supported by the presence of Corinne Cahen, Minister of Family and Integration who emphasized the importance of such actions to recall the key role of diversity in organisations.
