Seventeen months after the official placement of the foundation stone, the outer shell of Deloitte Luxembourg’s future headquarters is now complete. This Friday, Deloitte and Grossfeld PAP took the occasion to celebrate this important milestone on site and thank all providers and construction workers for their good work.

“It is extremely satisfying to stand inside the building that will unite all our service lines under one roof and embrace new ways of working. At Deloitte we believe that knowledge sharing, collaboration and the continuous development of skills and technology are key to success. Our new building will be our way of strengthening this path. On behalf of the whole firm, I warmly thank Grossfeld PAP for their vision of Cloche d’Or as well as all construction workers and providers for their great efforts and dedication to this project. We can’t wait to move in and fill these walls with life,” stated Sophie Mitchell, Partner at Deloitte Luxembourg and Project Leader of the move.

Grossfeld PAP, a partnership between Extensa and Promobe, welcomes Deloitte as a new occupant of the urban district. The new area of Cloche d’Or has a strong focus on ecological, commercial and socio-cultural aspects and the developer is eager to attract companies with a long-term commitment to sustainable development.

The future Deloitte premises are characterized by a high-rise tower of 60 meters with an “urban terrace” on the seventh floor, and a five-story building connected to the tower by an atrium. They were designed by the Luxembourg architects Paul Bretz and Stefano Moreno. The 30.000m2 complex with its landmark shape is located at the strategic intersection of the new Kockelscheuer and Raiffeisen Boulevards. In the first half of 2019, the new building will unite Deloitte’s three business lines currently spread over three buildings in the airport area.
