Luxair Luxembourg Airlines presents its new fare structure and launches new digital services to provide a pleasant and smooth customer experience
Whether you are on the ground, on board or at your destination, Luxair Luxembourg Airlines relies on the quality of its products to guarantee services that meet customers’ highest expectations. Luxair has implemented a simplified fare structure so that passengers can choose the required level of service, whilst providing transparent information about services included, as well as the end price for each fare level.
These innovations, which in part have been deployed since the beginning of the year, while others will be over the coming months, reflect LuxairGroup and its business unit Luxair Luxembourg Airlines efforts to affirm and distinguish itself as a quality player. Luxair Luxembourg Airlines is one of the few regional airlines that has managed to stay independent.
Transparent and clear pricing
The new fare structure provides increased flexibility and transparency. It allows travelers to combine different prices for their outward and return journeys, therefore fully take into account date restrictions and services when planning their trips.
Entry prices are comparable to former Primo fares. Luxair also continues to provide their usual standard services, such as a 20 kg hold-baggage allowance (30 kg for Business Class), snacks and meals served on board and newspapers. Fuel surcharges and administrative fees are now included in prices that are displayed. Passengers who choose Luxair therefore benefit from clear fares, which meet their expectations with no nasty hidden extras.
Redefined online services
Luxair Luxembourg Airlines, in addition to its new fare structure, has invested considerably in systems, interfaces and applications, which provide passengers with innovative web and mobile services that make check-in and boarding procedures easier and allow passengers to keep themselves up-to-date in real time about flights, saving them a significant amount of time.
The redefined Internet and mobile application interfaces are more user-friendly. Check-in is now an even smoother process, as customers can login with their Miles & More number, change seats as needed and print out a new boarding card, cancel flights or even use Apple Wallet.
All aboard for Prague and Portugal
Luxair Luxembourg Airlines presents an optimized flight plan and a wider selection of destinations. Four weekly flights are available to Prague throughout the summer season and flight capacities to Porto and Lisbon have been improved. Flights to Porto are available on weekdays as well as Sundays. Lisbon will be maintained throughout the winter season and flights are available from Mondays to Fridays.
