Luxembourg: Patients love to book online.
The amount of users of Doctena’s service keeps on growing and the high share of satisfied users did not decline.
The online medical booking platform has once again launched a user satisfaction survey and has received more than 1500 responses.
What were the results of the survey?
The results illustrate two significant changes in the patients’ attitude.
First, the use of Doctena’s iOS and Android Apps has increased by 50% compared to last year’s survey. A third of the respondents have booked their appointments via the mobile app, which showcases a clear turning point regarding the use of different technologies.
Second, half of the surveyed patients have booked three or more appointments via Doctena, which shows that the use of this platform is turning into a “behavior reflex” for an increasing amount of patients.
Overall, Doctena observes a steady positive rate of approval among its respondents:
- 95% find the use of the service easy or very easy
- 95% found their appointments were quickly confirmed
- 97% would recommend Doctena.
It can be concluded that the patients are both satisfied with and increasingly used to this online service. In fact, a frequent answer to the question on how the service could be improved was: “Add more practitioners on Doctena!”.
