He replaces Jérôme Tournigand, who was recently named Head of International Retail Markets within the Wealth Management division of BNP Paribas.

After obtaining a degree in IT, Benoît Quisquater began his professional career at Banque Générale du Luxembourg on 1 January 1988. He then spent seven years within the IT Development department, before a career change to the Marketing and Sales Strategy team, where he worked as Marketing Project Leader for nine years. After this, he joined BNP Paribas Investment Partners (formerly Fortis Investment Management Luxembourg S.A.) in May 2004 as Senior Sales Manager, before joining the Board of Directors of the company in June 2008.

In February 2013, Benoît Quisquater moved to the Private Banking division and was named Head of the Private Banking Centre North. In November 2014, he also became Head of Private Banking Centre-West.
