Georges Bock, Managing Partner at KPMG Luxembourg, explains:

But we know that our partners are passionate people, and we wanted to give a flavor of what you can expect if you choose KPMG. The new campaign shows our new partners for example Audit Partner, Lutfije Aktan, showing what she does when she’s “just Lutfije”. You get a glimpse behind the scenes at what we feel is an important part of our company culture: passion.”

The nominations and promotions form part of the firms’ drive to recruit and retain top talent. KPMG Luxembourg had over 160 new recruits join the firm in September and October 2015 and expects to see many more in the coming months. Head of People, Thomas Feld, explained how the face of the firm was changing:

“All these talents are an integral part of our ongoing investments in helping our people grow and finding the right people to accompany us in the future. The make-up of our company is gradually changing, as we see more profiles with specific technical backgrounds and skills that you might expect to find in places like small start-ups and incubators, rather than in banks. It’s great to have such a wide mix of talent and see the entire firm moving in the right direction!”

In addition to the six new partners, this year’s leadership nominations also include one to Director - Jerome Luxembourger - and 29 to Associate Partner - Said Fihri, Fabien Hedouin, Tejwansing Ramphul, Juergen Rieder, Christoph Schmitt, Frederic Selleslagh, Yves Thorn, Jerome Bernard, Chris Burkhardt, Joseph De Souza, Sandrine Degreve, Wolfgang Ernst, Roxane Filippa, Pascal Foehr, Julien Ganter, Laurent Gateau, Corinna Goldkuhle, Sophie Hustinx, Olivier Lacour Royre D'Autriche, Valeria Merkel, Jean-Paul Olinger, Frederic Raepers, Martin Reinhard, Florence Rouault, Frederic Scholtus, Heike Weber, Marco Weber, Monika Wirtz and Alexis Wolf. In addition, Nilton Constantino has been appointed Head of the firm’s Latin American desk.
