Patrick Gregorius appointed to the BGL BNP Paribas Management Board
Anne Agnes takes over the Legal Affairs department
The Board of Directors of BGL BNP Paribas has appointed Patrick Gregorius to the Management Board.
In his new capacity as a member of the Management Board, Patrick Gregorius is responsible for Human Resources across all Group entities in Luxembourg. He replaces Thierry Schuman, who has joined the Executive Committee of the HR function of BNP Paribas in Paris.
Age 47, Patrick Gregorius has spent most of his career with BGL BNP Paribas. Since joining the bank in 1990, he has occupied a number of positions, primarily in the Human Resources department. In 2006, he was appointed director of the Legal Affairs department.
He is replaced by Anne Agnes, who becomes Director of Legal Affairs for BGL BNP Paribas. Age 44, Anne Agnes began her career as a lawyer with the Luxembourg bar, before joining the Legal Affairs department of BGL BNP Paribas in 1998 where she acted as an advisor for various bank divisions. In 2010, she was appointed Head of Legal Affairs for Retail and Corporate Banking in Luxembourg
