KPMG places new blog 39 Kennedy Avenue at heart of digital strategy
KPMG launches its new blog, offering insight, opinion and debate from its business and industry experts.
We have always had insight to share on these topics and now we also have the appropriate channel to contribute to the debate
Georges Bock, KPMG Managing Partner
The multi-author blog aims to shed light on trends that could shape future decision-making, as well as provide commentary on issues that matter to business leaders.
KPMG joined forces with its wider network to work on the initiative, drawing on other member firms’ digital experiences to hit upon the right model for its needs. While the IT platform is a joint venture, the content of the blog comes directly from Luxembourg. Articles are therefore relevant, targeted and have a Luxembourg twist: one contributor asks ‘A maritime industry in a landlocked country?’ and another turns his attention to the ‘EU examination of tax ruling systems: where could it lead?’.
The audit, advisory and tax firm is confident that this move will drive further engagement in the digital sphere. The blog format allows contributors to build social relationships with readers, through a comments section and integration with social media to encourage debate.
“We have our finger on the pulse of what is driving, worrying, fascinating or frustrating our clients: we know the big questions,” explains Georges Bock, KPMG Managing Partner and enthusiastic blogger. “We have always had insight to share on these topics and now we also have the appropriate channel to contribute to the debate.”
