Décision de justice : la déclaration de PwC Luxembourg
Dans le cadre du procès Luxleaks pour lequel la cour luxembourgeoise a rendu sa décision ce mercredi 29 juin 2016, PwC Luxembourg souhaite faire les déclarations suivantes :
- La cour a jugé coupable deux des trois inculpés et les a condamnés à verser à PwC Luxembourg la somme de 1 euro en dédommagement.
- PwC Luxembourg prend bonne note de la décision de la Cour et examinera son contenu dans les prochains jours.
- PwC Luxembourg s’engage à protéger la confidentialité des documents et des données de ses clients.
- PwC Luxembourg réaffirme que tous les conseils fournis à ses clients sont en conformité avec les lois fiscales locales et internationales et les accords en vigueur, ainsi qu’avec le code de conduite fiscal international de PwC, en place depuis 2005.
