Altice lists bond issues of €4.4bn on Luxembourg Stock Exchange
The Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) listed and admitted to trading five bond issues from Altice, the cable and telecommunications company, on 13 March 2015
For a total amount equivalent to EUR 4.4 billion, the proceeds of the bonds will be used to finance Altice’s planned purchase of PT Portugal. The bonds were issued by three companies of the Altice group.
The five notes comprising the issue have varying maturities and interest payments. The largest is an issue of senior secured notes for an amount of USD 2.06 billion, maturing in 2023 and bearing an annual interest of 6,625%. This second largest matures in 2025, has a coupon of 7,625% and is for an amount of USD 1.48 billion.
The remaining three issues were for amounts of EUR 500 million, USD 385 million and EUR 750 million.
All five were listed on LuxSE’s Euro MTF Market.
