The Curve is made of 4 upper and 2 basement floors which provide approx. 1,550 m² of office space, approx. 66 m² of archives and 11 interior parking spaces.

The interior design allows the division of the building into several independent entities, and to arrange them as open-space or as partitioned offices.

The strong identity of the building due to its interesting architecture and the high visibility along route d’Arlon make the building unique.
