Dentons announces the promotion of 25 new partners in Europe and the UK
Pawel Hermeli?ski and Eduard Koster newly promoted partners in the Luxembourg office.
Dentons is pleased to announce the promotion of 25 new partners from the UK and Europe in the 2019 cycle. The new partners represent a range of practices, sectors and industries.
In the Luxembourg office, Pawel Hermeli?ski has been appointed as Partner in the Corporate and Private Equity practices. He advises financial institutions, private equity investors and multinational groups on M&A and joint venture transactions, as well as on the structuring and restructuring of corporate groups.
Eduard Koster has been appointed as Partner in the Investment Funds practice in Luxembourg. He advises domestic and international clients on all investment fund related and regulatory matters.
