The new AOC gives business jet and helicopter owners a further solution for aircraft registration, asset management and commercial operation.

Building on Luxaviation’s extensive global presence, the conclusion of the San Marino certification means customers now have 15 AOCs available to accommodate their specific needs. The San Marino AOC has been operational since 2 January 2018, and will operate under San Marino Civil Aviation Rules and the Luxaviation Group’s safety regulations. These include full Wyvern approvals, recognising San Marino’s exemplary commitment to aviation safety.

Captain Robert Fisch, Chief Aviation Officer of the Luxaviation Group and previously managing director of Luxaviation Luxembourg, has been appointed managing director of the San Marino AOC. Fisch says: “The San Marino AOC has proven instantly popular with our customers, with three aircraft from Europe, South Africa and the Middle East already receiving their ‘T7’ San Marino tail numbers. We expect to see many new customers joining the AOC, particularly those with specific needs for large cabin certification.
