Goodyear Luxembourg certified ‘Top Employer 2015’ for the third consecutive year
Independent ‘Top Employers’ Institute also recognizes Goodyear Dunlop Europe with ‘TOP Employer Europe’ Award 2015. Goodyear Dunlop certified as a top performer in Human Resources in 12 countries

For the third consecutive year, Goodyear Luxembourg has been recognized with the ‘Top Employer’ Award 2015 by the renowned Top Employers Institute. The independent organization certifies companies that “create excellence in the conditions for their people”. Goodyear received the prestigious certification also for its European headquarters and in eight other European countries: Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain and the UK. For the first time also the Goodyear country organizations in Turkey, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates have been certified as ‘Top Employers’. Goodyear is one of only 27 companies to receive the accreditation as a Top Employer Europe this year.
The focus of the Institute’s research is closely aligned to Goodyear’s Top Talent and Team philosophy and the corporation’s common goal to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best team of associates. The audit covers key areas of HR policy to select the companies that are awarded their certification, including talent strategy, performance management, career and succession management, learning and development as well as compensation and benefits and company culture.
