Mathilde Jahan appointed Corporate Secretary of BGL BNP Paribas
The BGL BNP Paribas Management Board has appointed Mathilde Jahan as Corporate Secretary of the Bank, effective from 1 November 2014
She succeeds Jean-Louis Margue, who, after a 31-year career at the Bank, has decided to take his retirement.
The Management Board would like to express its warmest thanks to Jean-Louis Margue for his commitment and professionalism and for the trusting relationships he has successfully built.
Mathilde Jahan, 51, joined the BNP Paribas Group in 1991. From 1995 to 2007 she held a number of responsibilities for the Group in Italy, in particular as General Inspector and as CEO of Cortal Consors. She joined BNP Paribas Securities Services Luxembourg in 2007 as Head of Risks, Management Support and Legal. In April 2011 she joined BGL BNP Paribas as Head of Strategy & Business Developments.
