Taking the most out of their communication tools, while simultaneously mastering their consumption is what clients ask for and we want to meet this expectation. This is part of what we consider to be client service. Offering to our clients, according to their needs, the latest innovations, in terms of networks, services and tariffs is part of our growth strategy based on our clients in Luxembourg

Werner De Laet, CEO of Orange Luxembourg

The global turnover for the first six months was 37,6 millions €, a raise of 6,2 % compared to the 35,4 millions € the year before. This progression comes from the success of mobile subscriptions on one hand and the renewed confidence of Orange clients on the other.

More than ever present in Luxembourg, Orange continues to invest massively in its mobile network, be it 3G, 3G+ or more recently 4G, to have the most people take advantage of very high speed mobile networks. Client service, their satisfaction and user tests ahead of the launch of new offers and products are the key to growth for the operator. Inline with this strategy, Orange has launched MyOrange, an application allowing to monitor consumption exactly, as well as Open, the first “pick and mix” offer which allows a client to compose its own package of landline, mobile and internet, without renouncing to existing advantages for every component he’s using.
In order to meet the need for advice in the use of smartphones getting more and more sophisticated, Orange experts, who have been specially trained, welcome customers in 7 out of a total of 18 shops throughout the country. Thanks to a presence throughout Europe, the operator offers mobile calls in 33 European countries and options like Go Europe allow travelling in Europe without surprises in terms of billing.
