La Bourse de Luxembourg signe un protocole d’accord avec la Bourse GreTai Securities Markets de Taiwan
A l’occasion d’une rencontre organisée dans le cadre de la 7ème édition du Taiwan Luxembourg Joint Business Council, des représentants de la Bourse de Luxembourg et la Bourse GreTai Securities Markets ont signé un protocole d’accord vendredi 12 septembre 2014.
L'accord vise à renforcer le rôle des deux Bourses en tant que porte d’entrée pour les investissements étrangers en Asie et en Europe, notamment dans le contexte de l’internationalisation du RMB. Par ailleurs, le protocole d’accord entend faciliter la cotation de valeurs mobilières ainsi que l’échange d’informations entre les deux Bourses.
Cet accord renforce également les liens existants entre Taiwan et la Bourse de Luxembourg. Actuellement, 52 entreprises de Taiwan cotent 66 valeurs mobilières dont la plupart sont des certificats représentatifs d’actions étrangères (GDR).
