Hub of Home Kirchberg: the new Raiffeisen centre for real estate projects
With its new Hub of Home centre, located in Kirchberg, in the heart of Luxembourg, Banque Raiffeisen is innovating by offering a centre of expertise focused on real estate matters, with the aim of always better meeting the needs and expectations of clients in a rapidly changing sector.
Officially inaugurated last week, this new innovative concept is part of a more global customer service strategy. Thus, the specialised one-stop shop Hub of Home offers its customers a dedicated space focused on their real estate projects.
The housing experts offer a quality service: personalised advice, customised financing and related insurance, advice on public aid and much more. Our experts are competent in standard and large scale real estate matters. Always attentive and faithful to Raiffeisen's cooperative values, the experts aim to support both existing clients and new resident or expatriate clients, and to create lasting client relationships.
"The availability of our advisors and the proximity to the client is of paramount importance to Raiffeisen. In this spirit, Kirchberg, with its central location, seems to us to be the ideal place to welcome not only residents but also expatriates in order to support them in real estate financing matters", explains Laurent Zahles, member of the Management Board.
In order to accomodate their clients as much as possible, the advisors welcome them on site but can also come to their place of residence or their place of work until 7 p.m.
"As a cooperative bank, we work for the sole benefit of our customers and members. We have set up this project to enhance this relationship and to support our clients whatever their issues on the subject," adds Guy Sinner, Hub of Home manager.
Hub of Home differs from the traditional Raiffeisen branches in that it is, for example, also called upon to host events such as housing conferences, the “Housing talks” information series and presentations of real estate-related projects. However, the housing experts are available throughout the entire Raiffeisen branch network.
By innovating once again on the Luxembourg market and by offering an ever more complete, specialised and qualitative range of services to its current and future clients, Banque Raiffeisen intends to continue its development in Luxembourg while remaining close to and attentive to its clients.
