Advanzia Bank launches new digital UX and brand refresh for its Gebührenfrei Mastercard Gold in Germany

European digital bank Advanzia today announces the launch of a new mobile app, website, customer portal and branding for its German credit card product, the Gebührenfrei Mastercard Gold. The launch of this customer-centric and digital UX platform is based on a real-time API gateway which enables a seamless user experience on a fully digital banking platform.

Advanzia not only rebranded the Gebührenfrei product, but also redesigned the complete digital experience for its German customers. This relaunch captures the bank’s ambition to provide cardholders with a frictionless user experience across all customer touchpoints with a reinforced and dynamic visual identity.
The new logo and brand identity were selected to optimise digital impact, providing a unified and recognisable brand experience for Gebührenfrei cardholders. The logo redesign specifically highlights Advanzia’s key offering that the bank consistently applies in all its consumer markets: Providing a no-fee credit card that gives customers financial freedom and flexibility.
Following last year’s app launches in Austria, France and Spain, this latest launch in Germany means that the platform is now fully enabled in all the bank’s markets. The platform provides easy integration of credit card programmes for co-brand partners, enables fast entry into new markets, and constitutes the foundation for the continuous launch of new digital features.
