Luxembourg-based neon marketing technology launches a new version of “neontools”, the essential tools platform for any digital creator, marketeer, or entrepreneur looking to grow their online presence. With the first version of its product, the Luxembourg-based team behindneontoolsalreadygenerated more than 50’000 signups and convinced manycreators worldwide of its value: eight essential online marketing tools bundled into one -allfor free. Now, with its updated version,neon marketing technologygoes a step further. What once was created by the company’s Co-Founder & CEO, Misch Strotz, to make his team’s and its clients’ work more efficient, has now been completely revamped and redesigned by a team of in-house and freelance developers led by CTO Carlos Gonser. As a result, Neontools “2.0” does not only include many of the long-awaited features userswere asking for but has also become easier to use, more effective, and faster -making it a scalable SaaS platform that can compete at a global level. As the neon marketing technology team puts it, “neontools is now better than ever, but free as always.”

An all-in-one tool made by and for passionate online marketers

Developed two years ago, the first version of neontools has already gained considerable traction with thousands of users, spanning the globe from Europe to the United States, Australia, Brazil, and several other countries. By trying to make life easier forthem and their clients, the founding team of neon marketing technology quickly realized that more passionate digital creators like themselves were facing the same pain point of using a multitude of tools to grow online. They wanted to create a tool that was different so that instead of using Bitly, Linktree, Hashtagify, and Hype Auditor separately, digital creators like themselves could use one single tool. So they set out to create something that would be simple to use, beginner-friendly and accessible tomake it easier for anyone to become a digital creator or entrepreneur.

The growth of the neontools user base itself was mostly accelerated by numerous influencers on TikTok who praised the tool for being free and extremely useful due to its bundle of eight essential tools digital creators can use on an everyday basis to grow their online presence effectively and efficiently. Neontools includes some classics like a URL shortener, called, a hashtag analyzer, a social auditing tool, or a QR code generator.

Besides its easy usability, neontools has always been free and will remain free. Additionally, some paid customization features are now available as part of the product’s 2.0 version:

Neontools also includes tools to help online marketers create effective social media campaigns on Instagram:

  • A Hashtag analyzer to compare the use of different hashtags and get inspiration on related niche hashtags to create effective Instagram posts.
  • An Instagram audit tool to identify, analyze and regroup influencers with a wide and engaged audience.

Finally, neontools also helps online marketers and agencies create successful online ads with a reach calculator to compare the potential reach of ads on different platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram. For example, users can find the right audiences for their Facebook ads with its Facebook Interest Browser.

A future-proof new version to rival the best and scale up To continuously grow its user base, the new neontools was re-developed from the ground up to become an overall better, faster, and stronger product. Neontools has been transformed from a one-man passion project into a future-proof tech platform with the help of the CTO Carlos Gonser -former Engineering Manager at Docler Holding who joined the company in February 2021 -and his team of developers and designers (Mitchio Weber, Ludovic Cordier, JulieWieland, Daniel Wahl, and Vinicius Seganfredo). Neontools was rebuilt from scratch to bring its design and performance to the level of software tools developed in Silicon Valley while remaining a bootstrapped Luxembourg-based company.

Neontools 2.0 is only one step towards scaling neon marketing technology’s operations. Next, they set out to bring accessible digital tools to as many people as possible -their next goal is to reach 1 million users. The 8-in-1 SaaS solution is part of a bigger vision to make online marketing easier for everyone and share the company's passion for social media and digital entrepreneurship with a wider audience. Among others, the startup has also been building the neonacademy since 2020 -an e-learning platform that offers online courses to make the growing creator economy accessible to everyone.
