DLA Piper promotes Investment Funds lawyer in Luxembourg to global partnership
DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Luxembourg-based Investment Funds lawyer Caroline Pimpaud has been promoted to partner, as part of the firm's annual promotion round, effective 1 May 2021.
Caroline joined the firm in 2019 as counsel. She has strong experience in corporate and investment funds laws and regularly advises major private equity firms and asset managers on complex crossborder transactions. DLA Piper’s Country Managing Partner in Luxembourg, Catherine Pogorzelski, said: “Our Investment Funds practice is growing significantly and is at the forefront of DLA Piper’s fully integrated global investment management offering to meet our clients’ needs in a business-oriented and innovative way. Caroline’s enthusiasm and can-do attitude make her a key asset in this exciting journey. Her legal and regulatory skills are of particular importance in light of the upcoming challenges and opportunities that this industry is facing. Her promotion represents our commitment to nurturing and growing our talent pipeline, as well as building a diverse and inclusive team which we believe is key to creating long-lasting value for our clients.”
