Anissa has been a member of the firm since 2016. She is specialised in employment and social security law. She supports her clients from the beginning until the end of the working relationship and on matters relating to international mobility (posting of workers, expatriation, supply of manpower, work permit, etc.) and transfers of undertakings. She assists them on the setup and amendment of their internal regulations (working time, telework, etc.), as well as on harassment related matters. She is a member of ELSA and of the scientific committee of the Revue Pratique de Droit Social, published by Legitech.

Céline joined the firm in 2017 and is specialised in employment law. She assists her clients in different queries and issues in this area, such as the drafting of work contracts and every type of work-related regulations or internal policies, or in the frame of dismissals, including settlement agreements. She also advises them on cases of harassment and discrimination, as well as on transfers of undertakings. She is a member of ELSA and EELA.

Daniel has been a part of the team since 2014. He is specialised in employment and social security law litigation. He assists clients on day-to-day labour law matters, such as terminations, sickness and staff delegation rights. He has developed a considerable expertise in litigation matters as he represents clients before the labour courts, including the Cassation Court.
