POST Luxembourg and the package and letter express service DHL Express have signed a cooperation agreement making DHL Express a new POST partner for global express deliveries of packages and documents.

This partnership has been seamlessly integrated into the strategy of POST Courrier and DHL Express to ceaselessly develop new and innovative products and services. By doing so, POST Courrier is on the one hand offering its customers extra services and is on the other hand ensuring that the decline in traditional mailing is partly compensated. In this way, DHL Express will be able to offer a link to its international network.

Packaging free of charge – track & trace provides prompt information on express shipment progress
Those using the new service can choose from six different express shipment variants, depending on the format and destination. The packaging is always included in the price. Furthermore, a highly efficient track-and-trace system guarantees reliable and precise shipment tracking at all times.

Customers are served in their own language
With this step, POST Courrier has chosen to collaborate with a top-class specialist in the field of express shipments: DHL Express operates in virtually every country on the planet and is renowned for its extremely fast delivery times.

And because the DHL Express Service is now being provided in POST offices, customers benefit from the advantage that they are advised and served in their own language, like everywhere else at POST Luxembourg.

As of August, six more POST offices will be DHL Express Service Points
In the first phase, the Luxembourg station POST office will be the first DHL Express Service Point; by August this year, six more offices will also offer the service. These will be the POST offices Luxembourg Centre, Esch-sur-Alzette, Dudelange, Bascharage-Cactus, Mersch and Ettelbruck.

As a good partnership involves benefits for the customers on both sides, POST Courrier customers will benefit from the swift forwarding of their express shipments by DHL Express Service, and DHL Express customers will profit from the well-established POST network. In harmony with this, DHL Express customers will, at a later point, be able to post and collect their express shipments at all POST offices operating as DHL Express Service Points.
