The ESR label is awarded to businesses and organizations that have responded successfully to the criteria of the INDR labeling procedure.

ArcelorMittal Luxembourg has been involved for many years in a socially responsible approach, as shown by its various actions towards several stakeholders. Thus ArcelorMittal Luxembourg is involved  in education, particularly through a chair dedicated to steel and facade engineering in the University of Luxembourg, but also in the environment, with its Luxembourg sites promoting a trusted and efficient use of natural resources and energy, and the company strives to develop its activity based on the principles of circular economy.

ArcelorMittal Luxembourg is also involved in supporting various charity associations in areas as diverse as support for children with cancer, safeguarding biodiversity, and assisting the victims of physical, psychological and sexual harassment. Finally, we promote the development of our employees through specific training programs and raise employees’ awareness about environmental friendly behavior via dedicated communication campaigns.

The ESR Label has been awarded by INDR in recognition of the work done by ArcelorMittal Luxembourg and forms a stimulating incentive to continue in this direction in the coming years.
