With 41 years old and a professional experience of more than 15 years, of which 10 years as a lawyer admitted to the bar and 7 years at the Ministry of the Economy, Gabriel is specialised in competition law. He was the first head of the Competition inspectorate in 2004. In 2007, he joined Allen & Overy as a lawyer where he was also in charge of business development and of the marketing department. Gabriel will advise on matters relating to competition law (cartels, abuse of dominant positions, joint ventures, state aid, unfair competition, etc…), telecommunication law and administrative law.  In January 2013, Gabriel joined the Luxembourg legal publisher Legitech as Director in charge of publishing, the Legicenter and marketing.
