Luxair adds one more surface to its usual sale points with the opening of a travel agency, in the departure hall of Luxembourg airport. This agency is an addition to its first space exclusively dedicated to the sale of Luxair and LuxairTours flights and stays, located in Munsbach.

Reservations of flights and holiday packages are possible as of this Friday, 13 November. A more complete range of services will, however, be offered in 2021.

With a “tailor-made”, multilingual service, the Luxair and LuxairTours travel experts will advise and support customers in the organization of their future holidays.

The agency is open from Monday to Sunday, from 5 am to 9 pm and respects all sanitary measures. To allow customers to make the most out of this getaway moment, Luxair will offer one hour and a half of free parking on the levels -1 to -4 of the airport underground car park.

To add even more comfort to its service, Luxair will propose the possibility to either make an appointment to visit the Luxair sale points, or get advice and book via video call and telephone, by contacting 2456-1.

Customers can also choose to visit the travel agency in Munsbach, located at the Luxair headquarters (25, rue Gabriel Lippmann), which is open Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.

These two sale points will undergo a makeover under the “Luxair Travel Store” brand, a concept that will be revealed in 2021 and will allow customers to immerse themselves even more into the world of travel.
