Threestones Capital hires Patrizia's Ralf Rosenbaum to lead Luxembourg operation

Threestones Capital, the Luxembourg-based investment manager, has announced the appointment of Ralf Rosenbaum as a Managing Director based in the company’s Luxembourg headquarters.

Ralf Rosenbaum, who took up his post in January, will lead Threestones Capital’s team in Luxembourg with a focus on ensuring the company is organisationally prepared for its planned future growth. Capitalising on a decade of expertise in the nursing homes and healthcare sector, Threestones Capital has ambitious plans to expand its portfolio of
specialist investment funds and real estate assets across Europe.

Ralf Rosenbaum joins Threestones Capital from Patrizia Real Estate Investment Management, where he was a Managing Director and Board Member responsible for the firm’s compliance, risk, valuation, outsourcing, legal, audit and IT functions. Prior to moving in to real estate with Patrizia in 2015, he spent two decades in the broader asset management sectors, including as a Managing Director at Alceda Fund Management, BlackRock, MunichRe and State Street.

Mr Rosenbaum is one five hires Threestones Capital has made in Luxembourg since October 2018. The other four appointments are Shanu SHERWANI, Head of Business Development, formerly at POST Luxembourg; Buyanzaya BATBILEG, Senior Investment Analyst, previously at Deloitte Luxembourg; Michael KRANTZ, Investment Analyst, from KPMG Luxembourg; and Gaia BARDAZZI, Junior Compliance Office, previously at Arkus Financial  Investments.
