Jean-Pierre Lequeux joins Deloitte Luxembourg
After 18 years in real estate, Jean-Pierre Lequeux joins Deloitte as Partner in the firm’s Advisory & Consulting practice.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Jean-Pierre Lequeux spent nearly two decades in senior leadership roles at the real estate firm DTZ in Belgium and Luxembourg and he was the Managing Director of DTZ Luxembourg from 2003 until recently. In this role, his responsibilities covered a range of activities such as capital markets, agency leasing, property management, valuation, and consulting. Jean-Pierre Lequeux is now taking his career to Deloitte and focuses his energy on consulting full time.
Completing the puzzle
By bringing an experienced real estate professional onto the team, Deloitte enters the next stage of its strategy for the real estate industry in Luxembourg.
“Jean-Pierre brings significant first-hand experience from the real estate sector and is a great addition to our existing team of real estate experts. His unique experience will enable us to further expand the suite of real estate services we offer to our clients,” explains Lize Griffiths, Partner and Real Estate Industry Leader at Deloitte Luxembourg.
Jean-Pierre joins Deloitte’s corporate finance team where he will work closely with Pierre Masset, the firm’s Real Estate Consulting leader. Among other activities, the team will focus on transactional activities, strategic advice, and sustainable building in the booming real estate sector in Luxembourg.
“The real estate sector is moving fast and is currently undergoing great changes. For someone who is not familiar with the different stakeholders and the written and unwritten rules, it may be a challenging sector to understand and operate within. Consulting has always been part of what I do and I am happy to dedicate my work to this full time,” adds Jean-Pierre Lequeux.
