They were joined by several actors of the economic and financial world, a number of ambassadors, members of the Bank Management Committee and Rik Vandenberghe, Chairman of the Board of Directors at ING Luxembourg.

An Orange banker at heart, Colette Dierick has nearly 32 years' experience at ING Belgium, where she held several positions in Retail Banking, Midcorps and Operations.
She was appointed to her current role as Head of Retail and Private Banking within the Executive Committee of ING Belgium in January 2011.

As a member of the ING Luxembourg Board of Directors since 2010, she also has an in-depth understanding of banking as well as financial markets and how they are changing.

Luc Verbeken will join ING Belgium on 15 July as Head of Transformation Office for ING BeLux, where he will be in charge of not only accelerating the implementation of the strategy at ING Belgium, but doing so in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. He will report directly to Rik Vandenberghe and will be a permanent guest of the Bank's Executive Committee.

Colette Dierick will take over the reins of ING Luxembourg officially on 15 July 2016, and her appointment is subject to final approval by the regulator (ECB and CSSF).
